Hotel staff with low to intermediate level English who are new to working in the industry in Ireland. Also suitable for staff members who may be moving from non-customer facing to a customer-facing role.
Examples of hotel employees who have completed the course to date: accommodation staff, public area staff, spa and leisure centre staff, food and beverage staff.
